White Glove Delivery Within the GTA
Forma Home offers complimentary White Glove Door-to-Door Delivery to most major cities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For destinations outside this service area, a flat-rate fee of $99 applies. Delivery fees beyond our standard range may vary depending on distance and logistics. To confirm shipping eligibility or request a custom quote, enter your address at checkout or contact our support team directly.
What White Glove Delivery Includes
Our premium White Glove Service is available for large furniture items such as beds, sofas, dining tables, and sideboards (note: storage beds and tulip dining tables are excluded). This service ensures:
- Delivery to your front door
- Full assembly and installation of the product
- Placement of the item in your room of choice
- Removal and disposal of all packaging materials
Standard Delivery for Small and Medium Furniture
All other items—small to mid-sized furniture—are delivered to your doorstep only. These deliveries do not include assembly, unpacking, or packaging removal.
Outside Our Local Zone?
We ship across Canada. If your address falls outside our standard delivery radius, please email [email protected] with your postal code and list of items for a tailored shipping quote. Installation and unpacking services are not available for these extended locations.
For select smaller items, we also offer courier delivery to the United States. Rates and eligibility depend on the product and destination.
Delivery Scheduling
After you place your order, our team will reach out to coordinate a delivery date and time. If you’re located in a condominium or apartment, it is your responsibility to book elevator access for the scheduled delivery window. This ensures timely, secure placement of your items.
Pickup from our store location is always available free of charge.
