Forma Home offers a 7-day return and exchange window for items that arrive defective. This policy is strictly limited to product faults or damages identified within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Original shipping fees (Standard or White Glove) are non-refundable once the service has been fulfilled.

Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as on sale
- Rugs & Carpets
- Mattresses
- Custom-made or special order items
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
If you cancel after 24 hours but within 7 days, a CAD $100 cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Orders cannot be cancelled beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please note: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, inspect the item immediately. If you find that it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] right away so we can resolve the issue.
For products requiring self-assembly, it is critical to follow all instructions precisely. Forma Home is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, and such issues are not covered under our return or refund policy.
